Privacy policy
Short version: we collect as little as possible. No tracking, no advertising cookies, no selling of data.

Who is responsible

Questions or requests about your data: privacy [at] padelworldmap [dot] com.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form: your e-mail address, optional name and your message, so we can reply. Kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Add or update a club: your e-mail address, the club details, and any logo or photos you upload, so we can check the request and publish it. Uploads from declined requests are deleted right away.
- “Padel near me”: only when you tap the button, your browser asks for your location. It is used once to find the nearest clubs and is never stored.
- Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're human. To limit abuse we keep a one-way code made from your IP address and the date; we never store your IP address itself.
- Language choice: saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
Club information
Club pages show business information from public map listings: name, address, phone number, website, opening hours and ratings. If you run a club and want something changed or removed, use Edit or remove a club.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the site, the database and uploaded images, and provides Turnstile.
- OpenStreetMap map tiles: your browser loads map images from OpenStreetMap servers, which see your IP address.
- Google Fonts: the text font is loaded from Google's servers, which see your IP address.
- Brevo may be used to send e-mail replies and notifications.
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent where required.
Cookies
Visitors get no cookies. Only our own admin area uses a login cookie.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. E-mail privacy [at] padelworldmap [dot] com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
